SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Just Lures Fishing to be known in this document as Just Lures. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy


Shipment Processing Time:
99% of the time, orders are processed within 24 hours. If a problem arises and cannot be resolved within 24 hours, orders are processed within the next 2-3 business days.
 
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
All shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
 
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:
Just Lures ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses where available. If the shipper you choose does not ship to P.O. boxes or APF/FPO addresses, you will be informed before checkout.
 
Shipment confirmation and order tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation by email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information should be available within 24 hours.

 
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Just Lures is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
 

Damages:
Just Lures will always package products in either a padded envelope or box and will not be held liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping by the carrier. If your package was damaged when received, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

If we package and ship you a product that has been damaged and you believe it was not the fault of the carrier, then refer to the Just Lures Return / Refund Policy.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If the package arrives damaged, please also take pictures for the claim.

International Shipping Policy:


  • If purchased outside the US and any of its territories, then the purchaser will be responsible for all charges concerning delivery of the product or products.
